Item Policy

Returns: If your item is not in the disc or download nature then we will be more than happy to accept a return and provide you with a complete and full refund within thirty (30) days of receiving the item purchased.

Exchanges: Any disc or downloaded purchased items are only eligible for an exchange. We offer a thirty (30) day exchange and complete customer service care 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Replacements: Any item that is defected or malfunctioning will be replaced free of charge.

Shipping Policy

When Items Ship: Items are all shipped at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time, which also means that items purchased before 3:00 P.M. will be shipped the very same day.

Shipping Charges: include Postage, Handling, Stationary, Man Hour cost & other Overhead.

Package Shipping: Multiple packages are all shipped separate.
